Volcom snowboards?

Does anybody know who creates these custom volcom snowboards? They look amazing and why don't they just release them?uploadfromtaptalk1443934152612.jpg

I'd guess Capita.

Shape looks Capita and I know Capita has done Volcom boards in the past.

I wish someone would keep a sticky thread updated of each company and where they're made, what materials are used in the boards, etc. Would help a lot!
