Default Structuring base by hand

Does anyone have a good resource for structuring the base by hand. Or even good illustrations of different base structures and the conditions they r used. I have everylevel of brush and try to restructure when I have to ptex repair, but I always just go tip to tail and call it good. Thanks ahead of time.

you can't structure a base with brushes they can restructure when they do a base grind the basics are a fine structure for cold dry snow and a course structure for warm wet snow.
