Helmet/Goggles

I am looking for a helmet. Prefer Giro with speakers. I know I saw a thread on here that listed helmets and goggles that work well with them. I am heading to the snowboarding shop later today and I just want to make sure I look at all the good stuff while I am there. Whats a good brand helmet? I am looking for one with speakers but I can also add those if I have to. Also, Goggles. I do mostly riding from 5-10pm, would orange lenses suit me best? What brands should I stay away from and which are decent brands for goggles?

Thanks in advance.

Giro and Red helmets are the standby. Get ones with the headphones built in if you like tunes on the hill, it makes a world of difference to not have to mess with earbuds.

You want yellow or clear lenses for night riding. Orange is a swiss-army color: Works good for all conditions, doesn't work excellent for any.
