Default Waxing Bataleon TBT Synthered Base

Hey, I just got a Bataleon board and I'm wondering if anyone has had experience waxing it. I use to wax my old flat board all the time, so I'm wondering if it is the same.
The main question I have is how do you deal with that edge on the base.
Thanks for any advice.

Its not really any different. I just waxed one last week, and its a little bit harder to scrape the raised contact points but if you spend some time on those small areas will a smaller plastic scraper then you can get it uniform with the other flat areas. I also recommend for TBT bases in general to at the very least do a quick structuring of the base after scraping just to get the transitions smoother out better than you can do with just the scraper

Wax exactly how you wax a regular board. Just be careful around the TBT points that you don't scrape into the P-Tex. Since the wax @ the edges takes a beating on the TBT, I only do a rough scrape on those areas and let the snow scrape the rest off for me.

Thanks for the advice. I wanted to get some wax into the base before the first run... which is too many weeks away to think about.
I was always under the impression that structuring the base was always required. Is it actually different for Synthered bases? How awesome would that be.
