Why don't DC's boards have Mervin features?

If I'm not mistaken, DC is a Quiksilver brand, and Quiksilver owns Mervin (Lib Tech, Gnu, Roxy). Shouldn't DC have access to magnetraction and all the other stuff? Just curious.

If I'm not mistaken and from what I have heard is that DC decks are manufactured under Rossignol(which is also a Quiksilver brand i think).

BA would prob know but i think like stated earlier, DC and Roxy are mainly made in the rossi factory and dont get alot of mervins trademark features...and they already have 2 brands putting those features on every type of board possible why would you need it on another company?

Lib Tech Skate banana
Flow NXT-FS
Nike kaiju
Burton [ak] 2l Cyclic Jacket
Holden Northfield 3L pants

This is all you need to know.

DC decks were just an off shoot of Rossi when it was under the Quiksilver umbrella. I haven't bothered looking at the new in store decks, but supposedly they're not made in the Spain factory anymore. The decks will get you down the hill but they're built like shit. It's a hand lay up that the guy doing the lay up was standing on the right side of the bench. If you pick up any of the decks look at the right sidewall and tip/tail spacer probably looks perfect, flip it over and look at the left and there's either a huge gap between the spacer and sidewall or the sidewall overlaps the spacer when it was pressed. Either way after the amount of warranties I did on them in their first year, I was not impressed.
