Default ACL braces?

hey I know at least somebody has to have blown an ACL
alright heres my sob story.
I blew my ACL during a lax tournament and need a brace for snowboarding season.
any suggestions?

The doctors fixed me up with a hinged brace that would limit hyper extension movement and lateral movement. See if your orthopedic surgeon can fit you for one

depends how much you want to spend. You can spend a lot of money and get a fully customized brace, or you can spend still a lot, but not as much, and get a generic brace. Also, what kind of brace are you looking for? Hard/soft? What movement do you want to limit?

Those DonJoys bring back good memories. In college, all of us linemen had to wear those things. Good luck tweaking a grab with those robo-legs if you go that route

Do it the ghetto (or mountain man) way. Take two sticks and put it on either side of you knee/leg, then tie 'em together.

You won't be able to ride, but it's cheap.
