nidecker

how good is this brand. I bought a board last winter cause it was real cheap. I also got atomic bindings and som DC boots. The boots are fine but I would like to know how good the other two brands are because I have never heard of them before. I was looking to upgrade to another board. should I go all out and get a k2, burton, lipteck, etc. or is the board I have now (nidecker score)going to give me roughly the same preformance as a high end board. I notice that the board is heavy but should I stick with it for a while and really learn how to ride on this or would it be better to upgrade? if so give me some suggestions (250$ range).
