Burton Custom 158 2009

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to get the Burton custom 2009 model without the ICS system. I have purchased one online from ebay that was with ICS but he said he made a mistake and he only has it without... Just want to make sure it is the same model.

Thanks in advance
