K2 Podium Sizing Help

So I have been renting boards about twice a year for the last 7 years now, and am finally getting a board. I'm 5'4" and 150, and pretty much have my mind set on the K2 Podium, but the shortest length of the 2010 board is 156. Would I be better off with a 2008 150/153, or would I be okay with the extra 3 cm on the new model? And anyone have any input on the Podium? I'm not really a park rider, but if I do go to them I only go for the small/medium jumps, I'd much rather explore the mountain. Thanks for any help.

IMHO, which is all i have, depending on how comfortable of a ride you are, the 156 may be a little longer than you need to be on. I personally prefer a shorter board and i mainly do all mountain riding. If you are very comfortable on a board then you will be able to ride something longer or shorter just fine, but I would say that being on a shorter board would benefit you.

Okay so I ordered a 2010 156 Podium. I figured I could learn to live with an extra 3 to 6 cm. Anyone else have any experience with this board?
