I hate to say it but I'm going to second that comment.

I've never even heard of Venue, I don't like Vans boots, but your bindings aren't bad :(

From what I have seen, Venue boards are very entry level.

Vans makes good boots...if they fit your feet. And Venue is indeed entry leve, and the bindings are...mediocre.

Oh hatin on the rides lol. I agree they aren't the best pair of Ride bindings you can buy but they aren't as bad as a lot of piles of plastic you can buy. I'm thinking Specialized is a completely new rider so maybe the setup will work out. My old Vans boots were made for a guy with a big fat foot, and mine are narrow so the hand me down Vans I had were pure evil when it came to heel lift.

Looking into it a little more, the tech on the board doesn't look that bad. Not sure where these are made but they are owned by the parent company of Northwave and Drake Bindings. I have to say that I would have never considered it without doing any research but I am a self-proclaimed label whore.
