Oh hatin on the rides lol. I agree they aren't the best pair of Ride bindings you can buy but they aren't as bad as a lot of piles of plastic you can buy. I'm thinking Specialized is a completely new rider so maybe the setup will work out. My old Vans boots were made for a guy with a big fat foot, and mine are narrow so the hand me down Vans I had were pure evil when it came to heel lift.

Looking into it a little more, the tech on the board doesn't look that bad. Not sure where these are made but they are owned by the parent company of Northwave and Drake Bindings. I have to say that I would have never considered it without doing any research but I am a self-proclaimed label whore.
