Hey all,
Been lurking for the past few days, and figured I'd say hello. I'm new to snowboarding, I've tried it twice last season and fell in love with the sport. stats: 5'11ish, size 11ish foot, 180ish lbs, but working on bringing that down a bit, 22 years of age I've picked up my own equipment this year (all 06/07 models) Forum Youngblood (159) Flow Amp 9 Bindings and Flow Boots (don't remember model) size 11.5 I'll be honest, I didn't try many boots, but these seemed to have been comfortable, and I'll know for sure once the snow hits here in Eastern Canada. The whole setup after taxes cost me roughly 750ish (keep in mind, canadian prices and the fact that everything here is much more expensive) I realize that the Youngblood is more of a park board, but the price was good, and I know it is a good board. I don't think I'll be seeing much of the park, but I think it will do me well at least for the first few years. and...that's it for the intro I guess |
