Default Ride wedgie footbeds

I kind of want to swap out my NRC's for one of the MVMT bindings to put on my NS Evo-R. However, I really like the canted footbeds and I dont want to spend $240+ on the 2010 models. Anyone know if there is a way to get just the wedgies from the 2010's and put them on the '09?

I am guessing no way but I thought I would ask.

Email Ride.

They'll probably want to charge you for them.

I will try that. Don't mind paying say $30 for the footbeds if I can get the 08-09 deltas for around $100. Still way cheaper.

The 2010 EX and Delta bindings are revamped from last year.

all or last year's MVMT series have the footbeds glued to the base, so you will have to find a way to rip all of that out. The 08/09 come with the non-gel toe straps which are way inferior to the toe straps on the 08/09 beta/alpha/NRc/Spi/CAD, so that is another thing to consider. The replacement footbeds will only come in one color too if I understand correctly, which may or may not clash with the rest of the binding. Just some things to consider. If you already own a set of last year's MVMT bindings, then I would consider finding a way to make it work with the new wedgies. If not I wouldn't go through the trouble, by the time you do you will not have saved a lot of money. I also suggest if you plan on doing this, purchase last year's Betas or Alphas for the conversion.

Oh. I did not look close enough to realize the they did not have the Gel toe strap. I love that freakin thing on my NRCs and that and the wedgie is enough to wait on the 2010. I love the NRCs but I kind of want to get SPIs and Delta's for my Shogun and Evo-R respectively.

I'm in the same boat, got last year's Beta's and NRc's, and I want this year's Nitranes or Delta and SPi's or RX's. Totally sold on the canted footbeds, don't like the extra weight of the NRc's.

you hit the nail on the head. weight is the issue for me, especially since I hear the NS boards are on the heavier side. I got MY NRCs late last season and only rode them twice so I might try to sell those buy this years deltas and last years CADs or this years SPIs

You want some canted beds? Go down to your local hardware/lumber supplier tell them you need about a one to one and a half foot section of that decking material that looks like wood but is like plastic or some shit. Go home trace your binding onto it then cut it, router it to the shape, then plane it down at an angle on one side, then get longer hardware and you'll have a riser/canted bed.
