As far as I understand, since its banana tech, you probably don't even need to detune it since the edges are already off the snow by a bit, so get out there and shred it up, and only if you're still catching edges, then do a detune.

You don't need a special tool to detune it or even tune it. Just make sure that you don't over detune it in case you need to sharpen it again.
Make sure that you only scuff the outermost tips..... The little "valley" parts won't touch the snow, but the outermost parts will. Detune these ( ) < ( ) < ( ) < ( |
