Well, I just got a new snowboard and bindings. Guess how much. 7 Bucks. K2 V7 Bindings and a 147cm Firefly board.

I have no idea because because your picture file is FREAKIN' HUGE! About the only thing I can see is the buckle on your binder. Looks pretty standard to me. You might want to try resizing your photo to 640X480 to make it a little easier to see wtf you are talking about...

Now the question of does it even fit you comes into mind lol...for 147 you should be <120ish lbs to use it as a park board...
