Custom X vs. Pantera LX vs. ??? - Snowboarding Forum

Hello everyone & greets from Switzerland!

I am trying to make up my mind on which new board to get. I'm snowboarding for a couple of years now, my skills are intermediate, i guess. I ride piste and, whenever possible, powder, no park. I'm about 6'2'', 175 lbs. Boots are size 11 Salomon Malamute, which are cut a lot smaller than my buddies Burton Ions. My current board is a Salomon Patrol 163.
The boards i had a closer look at so far are Burton Custom X (Wide) or Nitro Pantera LX, both from 2009. Which of these boards do you consider more suitable for me? For the Custom X, i'd probably go for the 164W, but for the Nitro, i can't decide whether 162 and 165 would be the right one. Of course, if you think that I should go for another board, tell me!

p.s.: My price limit is 450$ and I don't need the latest gear, so a 2009 board will do.
