Intermediate Rider Need Equipment Advice

I need to get a board for a couple of snowboarding trips this season. I have been wakeboarding and kiteboarding forever, so I am very comfortable riding swtich or regular. I also hit sliders, boxes and ramps at the cable wakeboarding park.

I learned to snowboard a few years ago and I would say I am almost an intermediate rider. I can't ride a pipe to save my life (at least not on my current snowboard) I can hit rails and medium jumps at the terrain park, but I also like blasting over powder in the trees. Like Ricky Bobby "I wanna go fast", but I am not the type that lives to flydown the mountain in a straight line. I like to carve and jump shit.

I bought what I would call "Sports Authority" quality equipment and now I am looking for quality gear. I am convinced that the board I have is a POS. Anyone heard of Kemper? Google hasn't either.

I know everyone and their brother has one, but the skate bannanas seem to be a good all around board and popular enough to resell when the season ends. The Bataleon boards look cool. Union bindings seemed to be popular as well.

I am 5'10" 180lbs and I ride with a fairly wide stance. Size 11 boot. I am thinking 158 or 159, normal width board.

I realize that I would have to try 6 different boards before I knew which one suited me best, but unfortunately I can't demo one here in Florida.

Thanks!
