Help between a Omatic boron, awesome or sweet.

I am on my 2nd year boarding. Last year I went out maybe 20 times full to half day of riding. I can hit small jumps, ride switch on flats, ride boxes and all trails.

I am 30 yrs old. 5'7" 166 lbs with gear probably 170 lbs.
I wear an 11 size boot.

Right now I ride a millanium 3 discord 150cm with flow f1 bindings and head boots. (Thanks for the package Wiredsports.) I ride on the ice coast mainly at nite.

I plan on using the same boots and bindings. I am wanting to maybe go with a 157 cm board more to cruise and land bigger jumps. I also want to learn to butter better. My m3 discord seems pretty soft but short. I would think a longer board with soft flex is easier to butter but I dont know.

Also which size should I go for? I not set on a 157 since I ride a 150. I guess I be riding more all mountain then park. I do like hitting jumps and boxes not ready for rails yet. I leaning more towards the awesome and sweet but would like to hear others that have rode one or all three. Thanks!

What stance width and angles do you ride?

Why only the Omatic boards? Okay, well, I don't know too much about Omatic Boards, but I think of the three the Boron is more towards your all mountain style, but I think the other two should be fine, too. If you want all mountain and butterability, look into an all-mountain rocker board. Something to consider from Omatic is the BST or bowed surfaced technology. It's kind of like the TST from Battaleon, go look it up for pictures and how it works, but it's kind of like rockered or curved side to side (more this way than, say tip to tail, sorry i'm probably butchering this). It should allow you to butter really easily. As for stability and which boards this tech is available on the Omatic line, i'm not sure. Like the Extr-Eco with BS, seems like a park board, dunno how stable it runs all-mountain.

Edit: yeah go with a 157, seems like a good all-mountain size for you, keep the 150 for boxes and rails

I really want a bataleon but not in my budget this year. I also wanna purchase another board from wiredsports. I looked at his selection of boards and omatic seems to be the best choice and price. I am looking to spend under 200. Then end of this season if theres any left I'll get a bataleon.

angle is 15/15 duck with 20 inch stance. thanks

Thanks for the support, bro.

I would go with the Awesome 153. It is wider at a centered 20 inch stance than the Boron 157, and is perfect for your size 10's at 15/15. Also, with the additional Carbon/Kevlar laminates at the tips you will gain a lot in edge grip that will keep you from needing the extra 2 cm of effective that you would get with the Boron 157. Both are rad boards, but the 153 Awesome will be insane.

The difference is only $20.00 ($169.00 vs $189.00).

Thanks wiredsport. I plan on getting the board asap probably after xmas. Need to buy gifts for my huge family and hopefully I'll have some gift cards from others. Thanks for the advise. I'll mostly get the 153 awesome.
