Default Need help with boots. In trouble

Ok, so I've read a ton of threads on boots and such, and this isn't a "What boots should I buy" post. . .

Here's my issue. Changed my bindings and board this year (Ride nRCs and Legacy R), and I am riding WAY harder than I did last year, and really pushing my boots a lot more than I did last year (my 1st year), and they are just killing me.
First day out this year, my toes went completely numb, MASSIVE pain in my big toes when on heel-side, and I even have a bruise under my toenail on one foot. Yesterday riding I was getting a brutal pressure point on the top of my foot.

Already this year, I have already tried on probably 15 boots, and went to 20 different shops. The issue is that I have VERY narrow feet, but size 13.

So I have tried a couple of Salomon's that feel pretty good, but shops NEVER have them in size 13. I am kind of liking the higher end Salomons with the narrow heal, cats tongue, they have an insert to narrow down the boot, and also have the internal heel strap which feels awesome.
None of these shops will order in a pair of 13s for me to try on unless I outright buy them, and I really don't want to buy a pair of boots without trying them. I also want some really stiff boots.

I am going out today to check out some new shops, but I am pretty sure the same thing will happen. Lots of size 12 and 12.5 but those dont feel right.

Any one have any suggestions?

just go to your shop and buy them, and they will order them. if they dont really fit and you havnt boarded in them you can just return them.

If your liking them in the size closest to what fits you, chances are extremely good that you will like them in the size that actually fits you...

Don't these places have a return policy? But the boot and if it doesn't fit, take it back?

Or just order them online if they're gonna be dicks about ordering you a pair of boots.... The North Face, Mountain Hardwear and Arc'teryx Skiing, Camping, Hiking and Backpacking Gear They're the shit....
