Simplest thing is to ask the seller. But it could be risky if theres no refund option. Ask for pics of base bottom, and ask about anyother damage.

Definitely contact the seller for details. Model, year, days of riding, additional close-up pictures of topsheet and base. Like boarder3 mentioned, it looks like an older board and that one closeup shot looks like it has some wear.
