Beginner snowboard setup advice - burton bullet + flow M9 + burton ozone?

I'm a beginner (8 days total, ok on heels & doing long slow S turns on blue/red courses). Have come up with a suggested setup (below) and would like your advice. Think I should stick to freeriding for the moment, would like a board to take me from beginner to intermediate so if you could suggest more suitable board/bindings or boots I'd appreciate it.

Burton Bullet 165 wide '09 (think it's the most suitable as wide boards go, not picking as it's the cheapest)
Flow M9 bindings (tried these last time, made life much easier)
Burton Ozone boots (tried a ton instore yesterday-best fit).

My stats:
Height: 6'3" - so 164/165cm board I think
Weight: 185-192lb
Boot size: US size 12.5 wide - so a waist width of 26.5cm-27.9cm I think (could be wrong)

Based in Tokyo and will be boarding in Japan Alps this season (mainly powder I think). Don't mind investing in another board if exceed intermediate level.

Plan to buy at a snowboard fair this Saturday. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
