Alright so I'm new to these forumns but I've been snowboarding recreationally for bout' 3-4 years now borrowing friends boards and occasionally renting them. I am a freestyle rider. Now I wanna get my own board, boots, and bindings. SO I need a little advice (a lot)... I've been looking at the K2 darkstar as it seems to fit what I'm looking for in a board, BUT I'm not sure if I should go for a wider board or the regular board because I have a size 12 foot. I also wanna get the 157'cm because my height is about 6'0 but I'm not sure if this sounds correct.
![]() Ok onto bindings...Theres a shit load out there and I'm going for the upper $100 dollar range...I've been looking on the-house.com at the 2010 bindings and I need some suggestions... I'm lookin 4 medium-soft bindings that'll fit my size of foot. And than boots I'm looking for are gotta be in the lower 100 range and fit my foot...once again medium soft flex... All suggestions and advice is appreciated, Jack |

im 6 foot and also have a 12 boot... i rode a 155 darkstar (nonwide) but my stance is ducked. a little smaller is a good thing in the park.. less swing weight... more manuvurability. the parkstar is an awesome board too. FYI

Thanks for the input, ya I was also looking at the parkstar but its out of my price range... I'm still confused as to if I should go wide or not and what bindings/boots i should look into. If my weight has anythin to do with it...i weigh bout 145
