I'm a 6'2" 245 lbs guy with size 12 feet looking for an inexpensive setup to start out on. How would the following setup work out for me?

First of all, I highly recommend you stick with a wide board. You are tall, weigh over 200lbs, and have big feet. Your stature is screaming for a wide board.

This one is more expensive, but a good board. Dunno your exact budget. You can look for a previous year model and that will certainly drop the price.

The Forum you chose is an excellent wide board. I've only seen good reviews about them and Forum makes quality boards so yea. You'll have to get opinions on the Unions from someone else though lol. I hear Unions are getting popular though.
