I'm 6'5 245-250lbs size 13 boots. (big dude)
currently I'm riding a morrow 163 and im soooo sick of toe drag I'm as duck footed as i can get comfy with. This is my last year with this board so i was looking for some recommendations. Right now i mainly just free ride but sometimes maybe a jump or a rail if I'm feeling up to it eventually i will wanna experience more in the terrain. i would like to spend under 300 if at all possible. Can i get pointed in the right direction for a new board? ive heard good stuff about Burton atomic forum and gnu what are some other brands i should look for? i wanna make the board last also, this is my 3rd season thanks guys! I'm about your same size and am riding a Burton Custom X wide 164. I have a bit of overhang but it is manageable.
With that said I would look for something wide. There are plenty of options out there and I think there was recently a thread about wider boards and what some of the options out there are.

I've got the custom wide 167 and wear a size 14 and i have a slight toe overhang and really have to get 90 degrees on my toe edge for my feet to get in the way. I ride at 12/-12. Hope this helps you.
