Default Just ordered a sierrascope!

So after looking around for a new board for a long time I've come to decide to order myself the sierrascope. I was originally hoping to buy the 2010 joystick but it was just too expensive for me. The sierrascope's price was perfect within my price range. I can't wait till it comes!

So anyone ride the sierrascope or horrorscope? Any comments or tips for what I should be prepared for?

I'M SO EXCITED!

I ride a horrorscope.

It's an amazing board that doesn't handle like a soft park board... I can take it all over the hill, and go just as fast as I could ever want.

It's an amazing board.....

probably a stupid question, but is it good straight out of the box? Like do i need to wax it or is the factory wax good enough?

factory wax should be good for a good full day of riding. after that, i'd wax it.

I've really been kicking around buying one myself. If I hadn't already bought a board this year, it'd already be ordered. Can't decide if I want to pull the trigger on another one this year.

Eh, factory wax is more for protection than for riding. I always wax my board right out of the box.

I slightly detuned my contact points... Just enough to where they aren't sharp anymore.

And ya, you should go ahead and wax it out of the box.

Anyone know of good videos of people riding with the horrorscope? Can't find too many on youtube.

this is absolutely the sickest board ( in 12 yrs of riding an average of 3 brds every 2 seasons)) ive ever owned. its so much better than the horrorscope. capitas fk tech kills all the other camber options ive ridden ( banana, c2 banana, ns tech, and rides low rise tech). on the hill its an absolute beast all over the mtn fast, stable, with tons of pop and flex. I liked it so much I ordered a second and will hopefuly get a third if they are still around after new years... thatll get me through next season at least.
