Default Set for Girlfriend

I am thinking of buying my girl friend all the equipment this year, but don't know where to start. Neither one of us has gone much, we both rented a couple times, but that is it. I was wondering what I could do with right around 300. I would like that to include the boar, bindings, and boats. I have seen a couple package deals for right around 300 on the-house.com, but don't know if they will do her any good. Before I buy it, I will have her try and boots, just wondering what would be good for her. We will be going to places in Northern CA, and she won't be doing any kind of crazy stuff, just something to get her down the mountain.

Height:5'3", little shorter
Weight: 110
Shoe: 6.5-7

No idea man... my girl is currently looking at the Burton Lux but i can't tell her if its good cause I don't have experience riding with women's boards. I just look for what i would want in a board hopefully she would like that in hers.

Could anybody recommend a Burton Lux... I'm not sure whether she should get 147cm or 150cm.
She's 5'3 120 very athletic.

She is in Davis for school, I am currently in the bay area, and my family owns part of a rice farm near Chico. That would be great if you could to that!

EDIT: By bay area I mean benicia/vallejo/fairfield area.

It is a present, but I don't really mind if she knows about it. Its not really a surprise. I have discovered it is best not to surprise someone with something when you do not know exactly what will work. I have something else for the surprise part. So for 300, that would be boots and a board, and then the bindings would be extra correct? I don't know much about brands, but I trust that what you have is good. You are only about 40 mins away from me, and I go to school in Pleasant Hill. I appreciate the help. Can you PM me your store name, address and information.

Yeah, I am going to DVC currently, just applied to Davis, so hopefully I will get in. I appreciate the help. I will defiantly stop by. You can't buy customer service, little out of my way, but worth it.

I will make sure to stop by while you are working. My name is Tony, and look forward to seeing you some time in the future. May be a little while before she comes home, but we will defiantly be going there.

Don't worry about the website, it gets the job done. I tend to like plain websites better than the flashy ones.
