Exclamation This board any good?

So my brother asked me if his Kemper was any good. Use to belong to a friend but he gave it to my brother a long time ago. The board itself is in pretty good condition, no gashes and very few chips on the top of it. The bindings seem a little cheesy but they hold just fine so that isnt a biggie i guess (unless you guys disagree)...but ultimately my brother was just wanting to know if its a good board. From what I've seen it was made in 1995, but if it isnt that specific year's model than I take it its a mid 90s board? Also my bro wanted to know if its a good size for him (id tell him but im still a noob so rather than talk out of my ass I came here). He is 5'10"ish (maybe 5'11") and weighs 190llbs. Here are the pics...

Back in '95 it was probably a decent ride.
However, I think if your brother is new to
snowboarding it's going to be too long for
him as a starter board. BUT, what the hell,
it was free right? Maybe just ride it and
find out.

don't know about the board but those are some ghetto bindings.

woah blast from the past, most old boards like that are very stiff. Stiff = very unforgiving, not good for beginners. Flexible = easier to turn, better to learn on.
