I have been snowboarding for years and am looking to buy a new trick board next year. I bought a 158 or 156 forum destroyer a couple years ago. This board handles the mountain well, however it is heaby and not that flexible.
Recently I switched my burton custom bindings to my old board. This board is a Lamar Tripper (I bought it when I was prob ten at Dicks Sporting Goods). The result was sick! Since I am skilled at riding any mountain I found that even though the board was tiny (149 or 151?) it was extremelyyy flexible and very light. I love riding it around and popping off the smallest jumps and being able to thrown down spins. However this board sucks. It really does and I want to get a new one in the summer following this season. I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions for a board that is terrain park based that rides well and is light and flexible. |

Sizing small for park is pretty common now. By going with a softer deck will make most any board somewhat lighter. because softer board made with softer (lighter) woods and without the added metal and kevlar carbon.
everyone will have their own bias opinion on boards... mine is nitro. try a "Haze" maybe "swindle"
