Default Cleaning inside goggles

I have a bunch of buildup in my EG.5S, so I'm wondering can I just wipe it off with the bag electric provided?

It's on the inside.

yeh use the electric bag provided
do it dry though, applying any water when wiping will wipe away
any anti-fog treatment

I have a pair of goggles that I breathed on and wiped to remove fog - clearly, it didn't work. Is there any way to restore the anti-fog film that I probably wiped away?
