Default Found This Board on Ebay. Should I Buy?

I was interested in the Rome Graft 155 board. Its going for $420 in a local shop, but I searched ebay and found one selling new for $350. Does this look legit?

NEW 2010 ROME GRAFT SNOWBOARD 155 - eBay (item 140367722668 end time Dec-21-09 19:32:45 PST)

I was trying to decide between buying that or a NS Circuit R.

I've made a couple threads and narrowed my decision to these two, I think. I'm 5'9 155 beginner level.

$430 is legit retail price. It look like the'10 Rome Graft at Dogfunk.

idk, the only board I ever bought on eBay was a beat up Burton rental for my wife to learn on. It cost $60 and included free shipping.

Looks like he recently sold another '10 Rome snowboard for $300. Probably works in a shop & gets hookup on pro discounts or something. All the feedback is positive...

you probably won't get warranty if anything goes wrong with the deck.
