My good friend that i work with said i should just tell him a price for this board and bindings.

Board - Burton Cruzer 55
Bindings - Technine idk model but he said he bought them for like 80 bucks on sale.

The board has one deep scratch and the rest are minor on the bottom, the top is in decent condition.
The edges are rusty (not all the way around but get kind of bad at certain spots)
I am in desperate need of a snowboard and i wanna buy this from him how much shud i give him????

Really depends how old the board is too...just like cars they lose value every year regardless of condition...

ya i was just talking to him again today. like i was just wondering will the rust affect the ride of the snowboard even after a tune up? he wants 100 bucks for the board and bindings. and its like a 3 year old board.

??? i just need to know how common rusted edges are? and if it will really effect my riding.

if it's just minor surface rust that can be easily polished away, then $100 for the board and bindings isn't that bad

Board I rode last year had rusted edges. Depends on how deep the rust is but generally a good sharpening will clear that issue up.
