Not happy with my board, help me pick a new one?

I don't want to start another thread asking for advice on picking a board but I need help. I don't get the benefeit of demoing them or get a chance to ride anything other than my own setup so I need yalls experienced advice please. I took out my forum recon for the second time today. It feels heavy, stiff, and totally unresponsive. I'm still learning but I want something that is more advanced than this board. I haven't got in the park yet but plan to hit some small jumps and boxes later. I want something a lot snappier that I can get from edge to edge on quickly. Do I need a capita stairmaster? I see nothing but good about it. Do I need a jib specific board even though I won't be hittin rails? Please give me advice.

I've completely bought into the Never Summer product. I have the SL-R with rocker-camber and I love how it handles.
