Need HELP deciding between boards! Thank you!
So I'm getting a board for christmas and I can't decide between two boards. I am an intermediate boarder who does the park but wants to get even better. I have narrowed it down to two boards that I have found great deals on!
2009 Burton Vapor or a 2010 Burton Custom X What would you suggest? |

i have an 09 custom x and love it, however its definitely not a park board, its a very stiff board made to go fast and carve hard on steep groomers. So i would say go with the vapor out of those two choices. The vapor really isn't a park board either though. Have you looked at any other brands than burton?

Neither of those will be much good in the park. You need to do more research before you go blowing mommy/daddy's money.

If your just a park rider and are set on getting a Burton then...

For park... Neither of those boards. If you want a Burton board that is great for freestyle, get the Custom V-Rocker. If your parents are willing to get you that expensive Vapor... here is a great alternative.
"Mom, Dad... I want to forgo the Vapor in lieu of two cheaper boards." Make sure to use those exact words to impress the parental units with fancy words. Which two boards to get? Select two out of these: Burton Custom V-Rocker Lib Tech Skate Banana GNU CHB BTX Never Summer: I don't know anything about them, I just see it all over these forums lol Ride DH or Ride Machete Flow ERA |

Never Summer Evo-R, get two of them for the price of a vapor, one in each color.
