.

Burton is the only board company that doesn't use standard 4X4 inserts. So make sure you have some 3 hole, or Burton 3D baseplates for your Forum recon bindings.

Burton boards use either 2 screws on the channel/ EST system, or 3 screws on the 3D insert pattern.

Your board has the 3D insert pattern, so you need 3 screws. If there is none included with the bindings I would call up burton and they would probably send you some, as they own the brand Forum Snowboards.

Only problem with miss matching brands is when you throw in a Burton board, because they use different insert styles on their boards than everyone else.

Like typical assholes, Burton does it's best to make sure you can only use their bindings with their boards. But aside from that, you got a good deal as long as the boots are right.

Burton Boards: suck. I didn't like the Meyhem when I demo'd it.
Forum binders: no expereince
Rome Bodega: doesn't fit my foot.

Forum is pwnd by Burton, so you should have no issues there. Flows are the only bindings I'd try my boots in.

I hope you tried on some of this junk prior to buying it.

depends. I wear and 11 boot and all I can ride is a wide board. 11 shoes doesn't equal 11 boot. What size are your boots?

Here we go, Burton Bashing Party on its way. lol

FYI, Burton Does use the 3 hole setup but you dont have to fall in their marketing game. Go to a local Ski shop and pick up the disk with 3 holes... I paid $5 when I had to put my Forum Arena on my Burton Elite...

The disk will work as long as its Forum Bindings. I'm using the Arenas with Custom X with ICS... it works, and dont let anyone tell you it doesn't.
