NS Evo-R size? plz help

Hey buying a Never Summer Evo-R

my stats:

6'2 tall
around 150-160 lbs
11 us foot

the sizes are 155/158/161 and im not sure which one to pick, especially because of my foot size?

Do you have any good advice what to pick?

Looking for a binding to the board too, is the Burton Traids the best pick to this board?

Thanks for your help

they only have 155/158/161 in the shop.

I think 153 & 151 will be to small compared to my feet?

The Waist of the board is

155: 25.1

158: 25.3

161: 25.5
