Need a little help picking a board - Snowboarding Forum

Just got back from my local snow shop and my head is SPINNING. I've snowboarded twice in the past, i'm not very good yet, but I had a blast doing it, so I got myself some lift tickets for this season so i'll be going at least 5 or 6 times. I think I want Vans Hi-Standard 2010 boots (that's what the sales clerk introduced me to), I think I know what bindings I want, but im completely stuck when picking out a board. The clerk seemed to be pushing me toward the K2 Anagram but it was 155cm and I wanted a 152 or 153. Im 5'9 and 150 lbs. So right now im looking at the K2 Anagram, Burton Blunt, any Acadamy board, and an older model of Burton Custom x. If anyone can provide some insight, ive spent about the last week of my life googling and going to stores to get more info, but im just stuck now. I'd like to spend like $150-$230 on a board and ill mainly be using it just to ride down the mountain, maybe once I get better ill head over to the terrain park.
