My Old School Lamar Contact Series got messed up over the weekend. So today i decided to go out and purchase a something new. While browsing around the boards I went over to the clearance rack and pulled out Three Boards.
1) Salomon Surface 159@ $99 (black and green) Salomon Surface 07' Snowboard. Size 159 ***PRICE REDUCED*** 2) Sim Nexus 159@ $99 (white and black) 3) Burton Elite 162@ $139 ( Black and Blue) ![]() Ending up choosing the 07 Elite model, and as the cashier rung me up there was an extra 25% off on it. Out the door it came to $114 total and $105 before tax. ( Whats your take on the buy? extra discount probably for the old board and the minor scratches (Current Gear: Burton Elite, Ride Bindings, and Burton boots) ... Then got home and my friend saw the new board and decided to get himself one also. Both of us went back, he picked the 07 salomon surface and convinced the cashier to discount the board. He got 10% off and before tax his board came out to $89!! total out the door of $97 Who got the better deal? And Your opinion on these two boards? |

It'll get you through the season. In the off season take a look around and see what deals are around and make a purchase and save some cash.
