Default Skate Banana questions

So I am leaning towards getting a skate banana but I have a couple questions before I spend the money. How is it on icy/hard packed runs? I have heard its great for pow but there is normally more days boarding on ice than pow for me. Also I have heard that its not very good if your trying to land bigger jumps, Is that true? And could someone suggest some good bindings for it?

It will be better for ice cuz of the magnetraction. That larger jump thing sounds like total bullshit. I rode mine and hit a coupple booters just fine. Actually better than before because it felt more stable in the landing. Especially with spins

Edit: bindings are up to you. What would be the majority of your riding? or what do you aspire to ride the most?

my 152 nana with round edges has more grip than my nitro T1 156,
if you want more grip, go with lynn or a TRS

Hey I checked at a local shop and they only had the 156 avaliable in wide. Does it make much of a difference than a normal width board?

Yes, it really does. Order it online if you can so you can make sure you get the right size.

Lib Tech recommends foot size 11 and up to use wide boards.

Well I fit my size 10 boot perfectly right now. I will probably be 11 by next season.

I wear an 11 on both of my libs and they fit just fine without needing a wide.
