as much as i have fun doing park sometimes i enjoy doing freeride just carving down the slopes.
So i'm asking if you guys can recommend me a board that does really well when carving, preferably pricing under $500.

sorry i forgot to add that i am 5' 4 155 pounds boot size 9

+1 the Custom X is a great free-ride board. Keep in mind that the ICS will force you to buy an Burton EST binding. You can go the conversion plate route, but that will effectively render the ICS useless.

Consider rockered boards too. Rockered boards make great park boards as well as freeriding.

even my old 08 burton custom is sooo good for a freeride, well considering the price i got it for

currently i am riding a capita horrscope but i might try a all freeride board
