Hurricane

I'm looking for opinions on which is the better all mountain board for the east coast. I mainly freeride and ride trees when possible, powder on occasion but not much. I ride mostly groomers that can get icy at times which I hear the magna-traction is good at. Mainly wanting to know any pros or cons for each board, pricewise they seem to be about the same $300 range. Durability of each, is the slimewalls on the Ride that big of an advantage? All opinions welcome.
