haha I bought a set! I'll try a run or two with it this weekend and will report back. After that, it'll most likely end up as a loaner board to newb friends I sometimes go with.

Joy and rapture. I'm less concerned about the crap deck (liquid was my first board). But the bindings look like they're made from compressed cake sprinkles.
Honestly i sent this to a beginner friend and told him to jump on it. Will be better than some of the rental options (especially here in Japan), and as a beginner there isnt really that much 'tech' that you need.
I spent the first few years snowboarding on a $180 setup (board boots and bindings) that did fine for what i wanted it to - learning how to turn and how to eat shit on 5 foot jumps
Reminds me of the time I won a Stoli vodka deck that was meant as a bar hanger and threw bindings on it. Snapped it straight in half on a rail first run down almost nutmegged myself haha
It must be good because I hear it has magnetraction.
