I know this question has been asked numerous times, but I just have to ask and will probably have follow up depending on the response. So here is the question:

Rider Details: 5'8 147lbs 10.5 Boot

I am looking at getting the Burton Hero either 158 (253 ww) or the 155W (261ww). I pretty much want to have an all-around board (70% freeride,resort /30% park). I currently wear the Burton Ruler 10.5 I know many have said that a 255 waist width will be fine, but while I am in the store and standing on the board with my boots rocking the Duck Stance, I still see the potential of toe drag, but when standing on a board with a waist width of 260(1) i didn't foresee any problems.

Question: Is the 255 really good enough or should I go with my instinct and get the 261? Is there really going to be that much difference between the 255 and 261 when it comes to carving down the groomers or in the pow?
