Hi all,
I'm new to this forum.
I have a naive question to ask and hope someone can help me out. (sorry if they are dumb questions...:facepalm1
Firstly, a quick history of me, I would call myself a beginner to snowboarding.
This is my third season. I am planning on learning how to ride switch.
so far, I can spin my board 360, going downhill, slowly.
My gear includes a 151cm Custom, a malavita binding.
Bend: PurePop Camber, Shape: Direction, my back binding's set to 8 degree-, front set to 13 degree+ and it's shift to the back a little.
Questions, Can I ride switch using this board? and should I set the binding to the middle with duck stance?
Previously I had my binding set according to the reference points on the board. I found it difficult to initiate turns when I get off the chair lift, therefore I pushed it back a little. Does this really make the differences? or was it because I'm still getting used to the new board?
Thanks in advance.
PS: English isn't my native language, apology if it's not grammarly correct.
