Hi, I am wondering what width I need for my size 14 boot. I was interested in the Sierra Team Snowboard 2010, but it says that the width is only 253mm. Is that wide enough for my boot? Or do I need to buy a specifically wide board?
Thanks in advance |

how much do you weigh? how tall are you? begginer, intermediate?
i ask because in my opinion, if you're already looking at a burton board you should buy this Burton Custom - Snowboards Reviews & Sale | SierraSnowboard.com it's a much nicer board for a marginal amount of money. notice what it usually retails for. also you would get free shipping. the 165w has a waist of 26.2 |

if you're looking for a pure freeride bomb down the mountain board i would go with a 163-165ish board. if you want something all mountain that you can still fly down a hill with but perhaps dabble in the park with, look for something more like 159-162. also if you're more on the beginner side of things a shorter length might suit you a bit better.
