I'm thinking about getting a new board..and the detailed selection process begins.
Started riding 5 years ago, seriously the past 3, last season I got out there 35 times, and this season looks good too. I consider myself a very good intermediate..beginning to peek into expert terrain (to be conservative) I mostly free ride off boundaries, carve, and I am getting more and more on jumps and pipe..not so much in the park itself.

I'm riding a RIDE Control 155, a decent board for my level, still fun, stiff, carves well, it's not a pow stick but not that bad either.
I'm in love for some reason with the B-T6, but I like the LIB magne - traction and camber technology, as well as Bataleon ideas..

the T6 price is scary, but the board looks really sweet. Othe choice could be the Arbor A-frame, LibTech T-RIce MTX or Bataleon OMNI.

Any owner of those board that can tell if the magic is there or if it's mostly marketing? I saw amazing riders with crappy old boards, so I know it's the rider, not the board...

Ive been riding this board for 2 years now.... its ace for ice riding and glaciers but crap on piste and horrific on t-bars and button lifts... the waving on the edges batters off ski tracks and is really uncomfy... at speed on piste it vibrates... this kicked me off and snapped my collar bone...

however as an adventure board for picking off piste and cliffs its amazing, unparraleled turning and reaction... and is one hell of an ace carving board

I used it in the park and its ok but metal on metal kills the edges quickly... and with the curves its a bitch to re edge...

Sorry to do this, but to clarify...

Are you looking for an all mountain park stick or an all mountain powder board?
