Reviews on Burton Blunt Wide? - Snowboarding Forum

Any of you guys have it and what are your opinions on it? I just got it 2 weeks ago and love it and my skill level has dramatically increased. I think its a great board

I have riddin it with custom bindings. It is suprisingly good everywhere for being advertised as a park board.

I have an 09 Blunt 155 (not wide) and it's been great for me so far. I've also found that it's more versatile than just a park board. Yesterday I took it through trees, powder, moguls, and steeps, and there wasn't anything I couldn't adjust to. Just watch your speed on hard pack/ice. It wobbles and flaps like crazy if you're going too fast. I'm not much a park rider yet, but I assume it's best there. I'm still getting comfortable with small straight airs w/ easy grabs, flatland 180s going slow, and 50-50s on easy boxes/rails.
