rome customer service help...
 

so today i went snowboarding...it was my first day of the season and it was a little rough. I really don't want to go into detail but i had some problems with my bindings and i really need this one part...i went onto romes website but i don't know how to contact them...is it the "riders council"...please help. thnx.

Well I'm sure that if you bought the bindings new in the box there is probably a service number on the warranty card etc. Give them a call, no need to be nervous if you haven't even contacted them yet, I haven't heard of any problems with Rome's equipment but as stand up a company as they seem to be I doubt you'll have a problem warranty wise. Give them a chance before you get mad or worried.

Talk to the place you bought the board from. They should have contact info for Rome.

IMO, I'd make an exeption to this. Rome's contact info is a real person to person conversation, and the response is freakishly fast!

They strike me as that type of company as well, I can't really picture calling and getting some huge suit wearing corporate dildo on the line trying to squirm out of a warranty claim. It'd probably just be another snowboarder wondering what the hell happened to his product and hoping to make the customer happy asap.
