so today i went snowboarding...it was my first day of the season and it was a little rough. I really don't want to go into detail but i had some problems with my bindings and i really need this one part...i went onto romes website but i don't know how to contact them...is it the "riders council"...please help. thnx.

Well I'm sure that if you bought the bindings new in the box there is probably a service number on the warranty card etc. Give them a call, no need to be nervous if you haven't even contacted them yet, I haven't heard of any problems with Rome's equipment but as stand up a company as they seem to be I doubt you'll have a problem warranty wise. Give them a chance before you get mad or worried.

Talk to the place you bought the board from. They should have contact info for Rome.
