Picked up some boots/bindings/board for my little girl. 3 days later everything went on sale. To make matters more frustrating I got a blemished board for about $20 off the non-blem, thinking it was a pretty good deal. Well, the non-blem dropped about $32. The bindings dropped by about $16. I called up The House and much to my surprise, they refunded me the difference. It wasn't a ton of money but ya know... still really cool of them, I thought. Anyway, thought I'd share!

Thanks for sharing, I have been very pleased with them as well. I bought a jacket from them and they shipped the wrong size so in return they payed for shipping and also gave me a $20 giftcard.

The House is one of the best places out there. Your not around for 25+ years without doing something right. Also they review things and post the videos on YouTube a lot so if you ever want info about gear they are great to watch.
