board size dilemma - Snowboarding Forum

I'm thinking of getting the Ride Antic but don't know what size to get. I'm getting two different suggestions and would like to know what you guys think..

I'm 5'8" and 175lbs. According to Ride's board sizing chart, it says i should get a 157 while someone else said i should get 154... so which should i get??

What are some other boards like the Antic?? I'm feeling iffy about the graphics on the board so would also like some alternatives haha thanks.

How's the Capita Stair master?? it's fairly cheap so was wondering if it's alright for all mountain.

157 for all mountain and 154 for all park i think simplifies it a bit.

i only plan on riding all mountain.. maybe a little park haha so i guess 157? the only other board i rode was a rental which was 151.. so how big of a difference would it be maneuverability wise?

Its pretty a pretty noticable difference. But you will get used to it. If i were you i would get the 157, or maybe if they offer i 156 i would get that.

how about the Capita Stairmaster?? any good? I ride mostly All mountain.
